Merikerho rents its club space for private events.

Please tell us some more information about your event, and we will make you an offer. Useful information includes:

– the event date
– duration: starting and ending times
– estimated number of participants
– brief description of what you expect from the venue
– who rents, ie. a person or a company.

Merikerho Club Space

The club space stands 4,2 meters tall and features a 12 meter long container bar, an outstanding sound system, lighting and acoustics. The space is best suited for parties for 50-200 people. It also works for seminars and customer events, Seating 60 people, standing 200.

Private Event Rental pricing
We rent the space 7 days a week, with varying prices and times, starting 100 €/h + 24% ALV. Minimum rental time is 3 hours. Merikerho’s club events during the winter season take place on Fridays and Saturdays 22-04.

Merikerho Terrace (Summer Season Only)
The Terrace is open during the Summer Season from April until September. On the deck we have a container bar and a music stage with a high quality sound system, allowing everyone to talk and enjoy the music. It seats 300 customers.
We make reservations to the terrace for groups during our summer tearrace opening times 14-02 and can rent it for private events between 08-16.
Some exceptions for renting the entire terrace for the whole day can be made when a booking is done well in advance.

We can make a package offer on drinks to your private event.

When your event involves minimum 25 persons we can offer optional menus for food, when booked two weeks in advance.

Cloak Room
Our Cloak room is available with staff when your event has more than 50 people.
There is a mandatory 3 euros per person cloak room charge.

When your event takes place in the evening and has more than 70 people, a security person will be required. Security service cost will be 30-35€/hour + ALV 24% per staff member. With 150-200 customers two security staff are required.

Merikerho ship can be accessed on wheel chair safely. We also have an elevator to the club space and a toilet with wheelchair access.

An event may be cancelled 10 days prior to the event.
After that the contract is binding and despite the cancellation, the rent will apply fully.

Age limit
Participants to your event must be 18 years of age. Under-aged may take part to a private event with their parents or supervised by someone their parents have approved in writing to do so. There is no serving of alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. Please note that our age limit to Merikerho’s club events is 20 years.
