When you get in touch, please mention the following:

– possible event dates in the order of preference

– optimal duration: starting and ending times + preparation time on site

– estimated number of participants

– brief description of your event

– who rents, ie. a person or a company.

Event type you may want an offer for:

– Indoors Party with drinks (200 pax)

– Indoors Party with drinks and catering offer, buffet style (190 pax)

– Indoors Party with drinks and catering, seated dinner (max 70 pax)

– Indoors Meeting or product demo with seats facing stage and screen (100 pax)

– Terrace lounge private event with drinks, food option 50 pax

– Terrace large reservation in main customer area 25-300 pax

– TV or video shoot


MERIKERHO CLUB space: max 200 guests.


MERIKERHO TERRACE total: 300 guests.

WHOLE VENUE summer time: 490 guests.

Wardrobe: for 200 guests.


We have a license until 05 AM on our terrace and club. We limit the sound levels to moderate on the terrace after 22 PM.

Technical facilities

Our indoors CLUB space has as a default excellent sound system, dj-gear, microphones and a full HD video projector and lighting. Main terrace has a sound system, dj-setup, microphone and a large led screen in the dj booth. Sol Lounge Terrace is intimate, sound system setup on-demand. If your event requires a sound technician for  a live band, please mention it.

Optimal times for us:

Weekdays are always great for us, but the earlier you get in touch the better. If you want to book a weekend, please be in touch very early on. On summer Fridays and Saturdays, we mostly rent hours before our listed clubs, which start either 22.00, 23.00 or 24.00 in the evening. Make your proposal and we will try to work it out. 🙂

Merikerho Club Space

The club space stands 4,2 meters tall and features a 12 meter long container bar, an outstanding sound system, lighting and acoustics. The space is best suited for parties for 50-200 people. It also works for seminars and customer events, Seating 70 people, standing 200.

Private Event Rental pricing

We rent the space 7 days a week, with varying prices and times, starting 100 €/h + 24% ALV during daytime and 200 €/h+24% ALV at weekend peak hours. Minimum rental time is 3 hours. Combinations of rent and sales guarantees can also be discussed.

Merikerho Terrace (Summer Season Only)

The Terrace is open during the Summer Season from April until September depending on weather conditions. On the deck we have a container bar and a Crafteria selling micro brewery beers and food, and a music stage with a high quality sound system, boosting a nice party yet allowing everyone to talk and enjoy the music. It seats 300 customers. Some exceptions for renting the entire terrace for the whole day can be made when a booking is done well in advance. We are unlikely to rent the terrace as a whole between 9PM-5AM on summer weekends.

Merikerho Sol Lounge Terrace 

The Terrace is open all year, yet in the winter depends on the weather how comfortable it is. We make reservations to the terrace for groups 30-50 pax.


We can make a package offer on drinks to your private event.


When your event involves minimum 25 persons we can offer optional menus for food, when booked two weeks in advance. Our Food partners are Share Catering and Bali Brunch.

Cloak Room

Our Cloak room is available with staff when your event has more than 50 people.
There is a mandatory 3 euros per person cloak room charge.


When your event takes place in the evening and has more than 70 people, a security person will be required. Security service cost will be 40€/hour + ALV 24% per staff member. With 150-200 customers two security staff are required.


Merikerho ship can be accessed on wheel chair safely. We also have an elevator to the club space and a toilet with wheelchair access.


When you have fully confirmed your booking, a cancellation will cost minimum 300 euros or 15% of the agreed budget, unless otherwise agreed.

If the event is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event, the rent will apply fully.

Age limit

Participants to your event must be 18 years of age. Under-aged may take part to a private event with their parents or supervised by someone their parents have approved in writing to do so. There is no serving of alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. Please note that our age limit to Merikerho’s club events is 20 years.
